Brighton Strip Mall
The Brighton Strip Mall was a great opportunity for Rajala and Sons to help out our local community. Our team was tasked with removing all the existing exterior brick and installing a new Exterior Insulated Finishing System (EIFS).
Michigan Tech. Student Dorm
Doing work for Michigan Tech is very important to us and is an amazing opportunity for our company. Rajala and Sons was tasked to frame all interior walls of the 6 floor dormitory, as well as drywall, and direct applied exterior finish systems. Michigan Tech Student Dorm resides on campus at 1400 Townsend Dr, Houghton, MI.
Michigan Tech. Great Lakes Research Center
Michigan Tech Great Lakes Research Center was a great job for our company. Our team was tasked with Cold form exterior framing, interior framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and shaft wall assembly. The Research Center is located on 100 Phoenix Drive, in Houghton, MI.
AgroLiquid Conference Center
Agro Liquid Conference Center was a job we here at Rajala and Sons were ecstatic to be a part of. We love to support our local farming community any way we can, and we were honored to be a part of it. Our team was responsible for all the Cold formed exterior framing, interior framing, drywall, Rainscreen Cladding, Linear metal works panels, interior thin coat plaster, and sound room panels.
MyMichigan Medical Center (Midland)
Building hospitals is something that makes our team feel a great sense of importance and is held to a high regard here at Rajala and Sons. We were tasked with framing the entire exterior of the building, as well as the interior framing, drywall, and shaft wall assembly. MyMichigan Medical Center is located on 225 acres of wooded campus in Midland, Michigan, the 324-bed Medical Center offers a broad range of primary care and specialty care services, as well as 24-hour emergency care and Level II trauma care.

Building something as important as a school, shaping future generations of America, is something we held in high regard. Eaton Community Bank
Eaton community bank was founded in Charlotte, Michigan in 1937. Our company Rajala and Sons was ecstatic to find out we are building a new bank in Charlotte where it all began. Our team was a part of the whole remodel process from the demolition phase all the way into finishing phases of the job. From framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings to Exterior Insulated Finishing System (EIFS). Eaton community bank is located at 236 S. Cochran Avenue in Charlotte, MI.
Consumers Credit Union
Consumers Credit Union is pleased to announce construction has begun on two new 2,217-square-foot offices in Lansing. One at 2763 E. Grand River Avenue sits just off Michigan State University’s campus near Okemos, and the other is located at 2305 Lake Lansing Road. The Lake Lansing office will be part of Eastwood Towne Center, an upscale shopping district with dining options.
Fowlerville Fire Station
The Fowlerville fire station is a project we as a company held near and dear to our hearts. We feel honored to be a part of something that can help out our local community here in Fowlerville. Our team worked on framing the entire interior and exterior of the job. As well as drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, and door hardware.
Station 41 for the Fowlerville Area Fire Department is 17,960 square feet, almost three times larger than the former station downtown and resides at 9110 W. Grand River Ave., in Fowlerville.
