R&S is excited to announce that we are starting the framing and metal truss work on the new fire station in Dewitt MI this summer 2024. We have been involved in many stations over the years with all being special, but this one is going to be unique! We cannot wait for the Dewitt fire department to enjoy the new building!
Consumers Credit Union Construction Begins
Construction begins on East Lansing branch of Consumers Credit Union
Consumers Credit Union is pleased to announce construction has begun on two new 2,217-square-foot offices in Lansing. One at 2763 E. Grand River Avenue sits just off Michigan State University’s campus near Okemos, and the other is located at 2305 Lake Lansing Road. The Lake Lansing office will be part of Eastwood Towne Center, an upscale shopping district with dining options.
Rajala & Sons Finishes begins their part of construction on the East Lansing branch of Consumers Credit Union after initial site dirt work and utilities connections are completed.

Magna Electric Vehicle Structures — Major Expansion —
Magna Electric Vehicle Structures plant in St. Clair, MI begins construction on 740,000 sq. ft. expansion.
Adding to the existing 345,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in St. Clair, MI the Magna Electric Vehicle Structures plant will increase manufacturing space by an additional 740,000 sq. ft. by early 2024. The original plant began construction in the spring of 2021 with manufacturing beginning in the summer of 2022.
Fowlerville Fire Station #41 Construction Complete
Firefighters move into the new facility on the corner of Grand River Ave. and Gregory Rd. in Fowlerville, MI.
Fowlerville firefighters began moving equipment into a new 17,960-square-foot station this past week, and have bid farewell to their former station they occupied for more than 40 years.
The Fowlerville Area Fire Department’s old Station 41, at 200 N. Grand Ave., was approximately 6,700 square feet and was 43 years old.

FOWLERVILLE – City, township and fire department officials celebrated the start of construction on a 17,961-square-foot station for the Fowlerville Area Fire Department to replace a 42-year-old building the department has outgrown. After initial site work construction of the facility will begin.

Phase 2 of modernization at the Eaton Community Bank in Charlotte, MI is complete
With phase 2 completed, bank personnel are utilizing the new spaces and getting aquainted with the completely renovated facility.
MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena, MI Completed
The R&S portion of construction is complete on the MyMichigan Medical Center located in Alpena, MI
